Free Class to Celebrate Cork Pride

This is a FREE class to celebrate inclusivity and diversity through our Yoga Practice.
Everyone is welcome and all bodies, genders, orientations, styles of dress and presentation are not only welcome, they are encouraged! Let’s celebrate together!
A donation by Alchemy School of Yoga will be made on behalf of each person attending to the following charities.

We will move, breathe and rest together with a focus on a mantra ‘So Haum’ that encourages us to be exactly who we are, our true, authentic self.
